Religion-Spirituality and Independence=The Finale
Step Kumi na Moja (11.)Religion and Spirituality- Religion means to bind back. Spirituality means the personal development of your consiousness and the connection to the divine essence whom you call God, or the Creator.
This step could easily be the first. However, religion and spirituality are the mechanisms to ground the other steps. These two concepts which are distinct concepts serve as the power source, the battery if you will, to manifest the other principles. In so doing, The spirit force of Africans is undeniable. But western religion has been used against Africans to manipulate, enslave, coerce and oppress them.
