Common Unity |
Health, Economics, Politics/Defense and Law=The Formation
Step Nne (4.) Health-To rehabilitate themselves African people need to learn about their biological make-up. For example African people have a higher concentration of lactose intolerance. They have a higher level of Sickle Cell Anemia and are more easily addicted to psychotropic drugs. On the other hand, African people receive vitamin D directly from the Sun and suffer less harm from the sun such as skin cancer or from loss of bone density such as Rickets. Most of these qualities are found in African people because of possessing the highest concentration of Melanin on the planet. For African people to be healthy it is imperative that they understand the inner workings of Melanin and their anatomy. This will lead to better eating habits and reduce the dis-ease rate including anger, stress, and self-hatred that is afflicting a large segment of the population.
Step Tano (5.) Economics- Rehabbing the mind will lead African people to see their industriousness and vast amount of creativity as sources of economic development. Africans are job producing people but suffer mental enslavement. How else can you explain how one song can employ so many people. Just one song! Yet, people are crying about jobs. Africans must come to value their innate abilities to create and use them for their benefit. This is the definition of economics, take your resources and use them to provide for your needs.
Step Sita and Saba (6 & 7.) Politics and Defense- Politics is the art of negotiation. Negotiate for resources for the benefit of your constituents. Defense is being able to defend what you have. This takes many forms, physical, psychological, social, etc. To rehab the mind means African people will need to understand a code of conduct that regulates behavior. This will emanate from the Culture and will be communicated through language. But in step Seita and Saba, they will play out to keep the community in check against itself. Thus eliminating self-genocidal violence against each other and working together to build and maintain with whatever resources are gained, or produced.
Step Nane (8.) Law- The African has a special relationship with the Courts and the Documents that govern this land. No other group who live in the United States were labeled Chattel property. Thus rehabbing means that African people must understand the law and how it applies to them specifically. Similar to health and their biological differences, Legal differences must be understood to fully engage the body politic on all levels. This is not to imply that Africans cannot excel in the West. That myth is shattered by the President of the United States being of African descent in the 21st century. At the same time, African "Americans" during a great suffering (Hurricane Katrina) a few short years ago were openly called "refugees" even though they were born on American soil. So, the relationship to the legal structure must be understood for maximum benefit and self expression.
